1. Eligibility

Between is intended for adults. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and will use it only in lawful, voluntary, and consent-based situations.

2. Product Scope

Between creates private rhythm visuals and local records. It is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, counseling, or performance evaluation tool. The app does not provide scoring, ranking, or judgment.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for managing their device, saved audio files, TV display network, and local records. Do not use the microphone recording features without participant consent.

4. Paid Features

Paid features are processed through App Store or Google Play. Prices, refunds, taxes, and purchase restoration are governed by the store where the purchase is made.

5. Disclaimer

We work to improve stability and privacy protection, but cannot guarantee identical behavior across all devices, TV boxes, local networks, or operating system versions.
